Accommodation
The Accommodation facilities include:
- Jeeva & Jyothi: Amidst the abundant groves of coconut plantations, Jeeva & Jyothi comprise a Kerala house with two rented bedrooms located on the slopes leading to the beach.
- Illam (Deluxe & Ordinary): Mostly built of antique wooden furnitures, the traditional houses of Kerala known as Illam is inclusive of ordinary and deluxe. Each house has 2 bedrooms, one an ordinary room which is rented separately while the other being deluxe with a living room. An exclusive green compound as well as the sight of the ocean make it more attractive.
- Nalukettu: With four bedrooms rented separately, a traditional Kerala house mainly built of wood is encircled by a balcony. Antique pillars and doors with an inner open courtyard helps to provide a glimpse of the ocean.
- Arappura (Deluxe / Ordinary): Arappura is a wooden house consisting of an ordinary accommodation accompanied by one deluxe accommodation.
- Mini Cottages: Round villas built of bricks with thatched roof face the ocean.
- Ordinary Cottages: Built of round brick stone the thatched villas make for the ordinary cottages. All the cottages bear en-suite bathrooms.
- Special Cottages: With a glimpse of the sea, the round thatched villas are constructed of bricks and natural mud.
